Faith is a journey, one God moment at a time…

About three weeks ago in her sermon, Julia, our Seminarian for the past year, asked all of us to share our “God Moments”. It was, a rhetorical question, or was it?

All of us have God moments: climbing a mountain, watching a sunset, experiencing the birth of a child, looking into the eyes of our beloved. The question is whether we identify them as moments with our Creator or miss them in the swirl of our lives.

For ten weeks from July 11 – September 13, during the 9-9:50 A.M. discussion time, everyone is invited to listen and to hear ten of our brothers and sisters share their God stories with us.

Each person will have an outline with questions that will help form his/her story. Each story should be about 20- 25 minutes in length, so that we’ll have enough time for questions and discussion. Each story will be unique and each story will be its own gift to all of us.
